How do I log in?
When you first register at Charity Bingo, you will automatically be logged in. When you return to play at Charity Bingo, simply enter your username and password in the box at the top of the homepage and click ‘Enter’ and you will then be logged into your account.
What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
If you have forgotten your password, please click the forgotten password link underneath the login area, fill in your username & registered email address and click send to receive a password reset link to your registered email address. You should receive this link instantly.
How do I know the games are fair?
Charity Bingo is fully licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling commission and the Alderney Gambling Control Commission under the laws of Alderney. We adhere to their strict regulations on fair gaming. Our random number generator has been independently checked to ensure every number called and so every game outcome is totally random.
Why isn’t the game loading?
We recommend you use Google Chrome as your browser; you can use this on your mobile device, tablet, PC or laptop. You can also clear your browsing history as well as your cache and cookies. If you still have problems, try restarting your computer and reloading the game.

What happens if I lose my internet connection during a game?
Then there is nothing to worry about; even if you don’t see the game being played out to the end, your tickets will remain in play for that game. We can assure you that this will mean that you will still be eligible to win the game, and if you are lucky enough to win your winnings will still be paid into your account.
Why does the game pop-up not open?
Some players will use pop-up blockers, which can interfere with our software. If you are running a pop-up blocker this may block the game window. If you are running a pop-up blocker on your PC then please turn it off or change the settings to always allow pop-ups on www.charitybingo.com.
How do I play table games, slots & scratch cards?
To play our wide range of instant games, click on the menu from inside the game room or the main lobby. You will find the menu towards the top right of the screen. You can choose from an array of scratch cards, table games (roulette, blackjack), multi-line slot machines, and other great instant win games. Click the ‘Show All’ button to view the full game menu and choose the relevant tab to see the games available.
How do slot games work? What are multiline slots?
To play the multi-line slots, choose the number of lines you would like to bet on, and the amount of money that you would like to bet on each line. Once you have done this, click ‘Bet’ or ‘Spin’ to start the reels spinning. All win lines are read from left to right and you will only win on these lines if the matching symbols are on consecutive reels with the first being on the reel on the far left (unless specified in the pay table).
Multiline slots are slots where it is possible to bet on multiple lines. As such, different paths across the reels can result in a win. Win lines are shown when selecting the number of lines you wish to play. Charity Bingo features slot machines with a number of win lines ranging from 9 to 100.
How do I buy tickets at Charity Bingo?
Once you have entered one of our bingo rooms, identify the ticket or tickets that you would like to play. Click the ticket(s) once to select it, and then click the “buy selected” button above the tickets to purchase those you have selected. You can also use the quick-buy feature by selecting from a range of set options as to number of tickets or strips of tickets within the quick-buy box and then clicking the “buy selected” button to purchase. How do I auto buy for multiple games?
To auto buy for multiple games, simply click the ‘Auto Buy’ button in the top right of the game screen, next to your profile picture. Select the number of games that you wish to set up the auto-buy for, and then the number of tickets you wish to purchase for each game. You can also set which ticket price games you would like to be included in your selection. Note that auto buy will be cancelled if you leave the game room. Click ‘Start’ to commence auto buy.
How much do the games cost to play?
Bingo ticket prices vary from 1p through to £1.00 each. The ticket price is always indicated in the top right corner of the game screen.
Our fun quiz games are free to play for any qualifying players (using initial free live room pass or having qualified for unlimited play by making a deposit to your account).
How do I know if I have won?
If you win, all cash wins are paid automatically into your playing account.
How do I turn the sound off?
To turn the sound off, click the speaker symbol on the top right hand corner of the bingo room screen next to the options button.
How do I turn chat off?
To turn chat off click the blue X in a circle that appears in the top right corner of the chat box. We recommend players leave the chat option activated; sometimes CMs will give away loyalty points in special chat games and other important announcements can be made.
Can I play in more than 1 game at the same time?
Yes. The easiest way to do this is by clicking the ‘Change Rooms’ button below your name when you are inside the game room. You will then be shown a list of all available game rooms along with the ticket prices for the upcoming games in those rooms. Click the “buy tickets” button next to the room in which you would like to purchase tickets, select the number of strips or tickets you would like to buy and then click the ‘Buy’ button. You can also buy in other rooms by clicking the ‘Go’ button next to the room and actually entering that room to purchase for the next game.

How do I add someone to my friends list?
To add someone to your friends list whilst you are playing bingo, firstly click on their username in the chat list on the right of the chat box. Then click the ‘Add as Friend’ button to send them a friend request. They will then receive a request from you to become their friend. Once they have accepted your request, they will then appear in your friend list and you will receive notifications as to when they are online and which room they are chatting in. You can configure your settings for your friends list by clicking the options button inside the game room.
How do I invite someone to join me in the chatroom?
To invite someone to join you in a chat room, they must be on your friends list. Click on the friend list in the bottom right of the chat box to view your list. You can then click on your friend’s username and select “invite to this room”. This will send them an invite to come and chat with you in the bingo room of your choice. Bingo is always fun with more friends and the chat is a good way to experience bingo at its social best.

How do I check my game history?
To check your game history, click on ‘Game History’ in the left hand menu on the player area page. The player area page can be found by clicking the ‘Home’ button once you are logged in.

What are Loyalty Points? How can I win them & how can I redeem them?
Loyalty Points are awarded by the CMs in chat games or special promotions. They can be redeemed for bonus funds, which can be used to purchase bingo tickets and cards. 1000 Loyalty Points can be redeemed for £1 bonus cash. Please note that bonus funds are not withdrawable and the minimum number of loyalty points you can redeem at one time is 1000. To redeem Loyalty Points, click the ‘Redeem Loyalty Points’ link in the left hand menu of on the player area page.
How do I refer a friend?
Click the blue ‘Refer a Friend’ button at the top of the left hand menu on the player area page and then enter the person’s name and email address. Once you have done this, you can also add a personalised message to be added to the email that they will receive. Once you have entered the relevant details, click the ‘Refer’ button at the bottom of the page and we will then send them an email. You will receive 5000 LPs for each of your referred friends who wager at least £5.00 after they have made their first deposit at Charity Bingo.
Why haven’t I received my Refer a Friend bonus?
In order for you to receive a ‘Refer a Friend’ bonus a number of points must be in place; your friend will need to have clicked the link in the refer a friend email; your friend will need to have signed up with the same email address as the one you used in your refer; and your friend will also need to have made a deposit and wagered at least £5.00 at charitybingo.com. Of course, you can remind your friend of these steps to ensure you get your funds quicker.
How do I determine what parts of my profile information is viewable by other members?
To make your profile viewable to other members of Charity Bingo, click the ‘My Preferences’ link in the left hand menu on the player area page and refer to the ‘Profile can be viewed by anyone’ option. Select ‘Yes’ to make your profile information visible to everyone. If you select ‘No’ it will only be visible to people in your Friend List. The default position is ‘No’ for your convenience.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, click the ‘My Preferences’ link in the left hand menu on the player area page and then hit the ‘Change My Password’ button. Simply follow the instructions on screen.

How do I make a deposit?

Can I cancel a withdrawal?
Yes. You are able to cancel a withdrawal up to 48 hours after you requested the withdrawal. Click the banking button in the lobby or game room and follow the instructions onscreen, or select “Cancel a Withdrawal” from the account options on the left hand side when you log in to your account.
How long will it take for my withdrawal to be processed?
Your withdrawal will be pending for 48 hours, during which time you can reverse the withdrawal back into your playing account and use it to play. After the pending period has expired the withdrawal will start processing on the next available working day. Please be advised that from this point it can take between 7-14 working days for the money to hit your allocated card due to the speed that banks process payments. This timing is out of our hands but we do our best to ensure that withdrawals are processed in a timely manner.
